So, what are Localists?
Localists are people who are willing to roll up their sleeves and do what’s needed to make their city better.
We focus on issues that are apolitical, issues on which everyone can agree.
Pick up trash around a playground; help an elderly neighbour get her groceries; help organizing a soccer game for kids; coordinate a street cleaning event… It absolutely doesn’t matter how small the deed is; get to it and inspire others.
Localists also partners with other local organizations that want to make things better. Check out our Volunteer and Donations sections for ways to help them out.
We also have a number of large and small Projects going on at the moment. Check them out and see if you can/would like to lend a hand.
